Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with FURPOP. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you (and your pets!) to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🐾 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Items returned must be in resellable condition with all accessories, manuals, and protective packaging included.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened desiccant packets or refills

Used pet bowls or feeders

Items with signs of wear or tampering

Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or water exposure (unless waterproof-rated)
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a cash refund
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@furpop.ph with your order number and issue.
🚚 Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back safely.
We recommend using a trackable courier service and sending us the tracking number once shipped.

Refunds and returns are only valid for purchases made directly through www.furpop.ph, Shopee or Lazada official stores.

Items bought from third-party sellers or unauthorized resellers are not covered under this policy.
