Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with FURPOP. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you (and your pets!) to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🐾 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Items returned must be in resellable condition with all accessories, manuals, and protective packaging included.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened desiccant packets or refills

  • Used pet bowls or feeders

  • Items with signs of wear or tampering

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or water exposure (unless waterproof-rated)


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a cash refund


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@furpop.ph with your order number and issue.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back safely.

We recommend using a trackable courier service and sending us the tracking number once shipped.

  1. Email us at support@furpop.ph

  2. Include:

    • Your full name and order number

    • Description and photos of the issue

    • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Refunds and returns are only valid for purchases made directly through www.furpop.ph, Shopee or Lazada official stores.

  • Items bought from third-party sellers or unauthorized resellers are not covered under this policy.
