FURPOP is a premium pet lifestyle brand offering smart, innovative products designed to upgrade the lives of modern pets and their humans. We operate as an online store and fulfill orders within the Philippines.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display all colors or details correctly. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as listed on our checkout page.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled if it has already been processed or shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the Philippines. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
You must provide proof of purchase.
Some items (such as desiccant packets or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return.
Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are shouldered by the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty

FURPOP products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty (depending on product type) for manufacturing defects only. This does not cover damage due to misuse, water exposure (unless otherwise stated), or normal wear and tear.
